Chinese white tea Shoumei, when warmed by breathing, has a delicate and calm aroma with notes of dried cereals, rose hips, wild flowers and herbs. The washed leaf leaves a velvety, sweet and sour aroma filled with nuances of autumn foliage and steamed oak broom. Shoumei has a dense and harmonious taste, in which herbs dried in the attic, ripe fruits, a sweet and sour profile, rose petals are guessed. By the 4th infusion, the taste gains density, bringing bright shades of steamed Turkish raisins, dried apricots dried in the sun, cold dried fruit compote.
This tea should be brewed with water at a temperature of 85-90 °C, taking 3-5 g of tea per 190 ml of thick-walled gaiwan. With this ratio, the tea can be brewed 6 times.
The infusion is the color of apple juice, clean and transparent, leaving a pleasant sweetish aftertaste with a hint of ripening, sun-warmed fruits and rose hips.
This white tea will help you relax, leave behind anxiety and worries. It gives a feeling of harmony, lightness and calm. When brewed intensively, it leaves a slight tonic effect.
Floral and aromatic, at the same time gentle and strong, "Shoumei" will be highly appreciated by connoisseurs of white, yellow and green tea, as well as sheng puer. It will be very good both for tea drinking in a friendly company, and in proud solitude, contemplating the world around you.
